Purpose and information

We process Shopify store identifiers, authorized sessions, report configurations and the order, product and customer fields selected by the merchant to generate and deliver reports. Depending on the selection, reports can contain names, contact details, postal addresses, purchase history and order notes. We do not collect full payment card numbers.

Storage and retention

Report files are encrypted at rest. Manual exports and daily, weekly or monthly automated exports expire after seven days. Automated exports every eight or twelve hours expire after four days; hourly, two-hourly and four-hourly exports after two days. Expired files are unavailable for download and the maintenance worker removes their content. Configurations remain while the app is installed. Uninstalling revokes stored sessions, stops automations and removes exported files. Shopify shop-erasure requests remove the remaining shop configuration.

Recipients and delivery

Shopify supplies authorized data. Vercel hosts the app and Neon stores encrypted report files and configuration in Frankfurt, Germany. Our configured email provider processes automated report deliveries on our behalf. Merchants choose the email, FTP or webhook destinations for their exports and are responsible for sharing reports with authorized recipients. A download link grants access to anyone who holds it until expiry or revocation. Previously delivered files remain with their recipients and must be managed there.

Your rights

Customers should contact the merchant or Pixelaris to request access, correction or erasure. Shopify privacy webhooks are authenticated. Customer erasure removes stored report files for the shop. Access requests are recorded for the operator to fulfil. You may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local supervisory authority.

Browser storage

Live report row statuses are stored only in the current browser. They are not Shopify order statuses and are not included in exports. App authentication uses Shopify session tokens.
